Currently under development in Trawsgoed, Aberystwyth this ecobuilding project by Belmont Developments features some of the very latest sustainable design and build technologies.
The wood frame construction has meant Belmont Developments have greatly reduced the need for concrete, a less eco-friendly product, in this ecobuild development. Wherever possible Belmont developments have sourced local products including Welsh slate for the roof lining and timber from a locally managed, sustainable source.
